Try This Tuesday- Skin Inc

For this weeks Try This Tuesday I need you all to try Skin Inc. Skin Inc is a Skin Supplement Bar that custom creates a skincare regimen that is just right for your skin. When you visit the Skin Inc site you can answer a few quick questions to discover what your skin identity is. There are 84 combinations of three serums custom blended into a bottle of your choice. I was lucky enough to sample the Get Perfect Kit, and my skin loves these products. My skin was smoother with an even tone after just one use. So let me tell you all more about these products.

 In the Get Perfect Kit you will find the, pure revival peel, an anti aging serum, and a pure deep hydrating mask.  The peel is used first, followed by the serum and then the hydrating mask.

The Pure Revival Peel is like NOTHING I have ever used. I apply a thin layer of the peel to my skin and then the product turns milky. I massage the peel around my skin and it takes of all the dead skin on my face revealing new glowing skin.

After the peel I use the anti-aging serum. I only use three drops from the dropper that is included.

Finally I use the hydrating mask to replenish my skin. You can leave mask on all night as it is a gel based formula that does not dry on the skin, but absorb into the skin. I do leave it on all night because of the results I get.

 This Skin Inc kit has been magical for my skin, I use it two to three times a week and the results have been exceptional. This is a product I will definitely purchase again.

Welcome to the SUMMER!! Although it rained here all weekend so it's a good thing I shot this look a few weeks back when I was downtown Toronto for a Benefit Cosmetics media event.  I love black and white and how classic this combination is. Try This Tuesday- Zakia Moroccan Clay Mud Mask

Have you been looking for an amazing skincare mask that will change how your skin feels and looks after just one use? Today I have that product for you! Zakia's Morocco offers beauty products that are based on ancient beauty treatments handed down from Moroccan women to their daughters. Today I am sharing my love for the clay powder mask.

Zakia's Clay Powder Mask is made from Moroccan lava clay and comes in 225 gram container. When you get your clay powder it is just that, powder. The powder has no odour which I am a fan of because certain odours are very off-setting for me.

You have to create your mask with the Zakia clay powder by adding water to the clay powder and mixing until you have a paste similar to that of any mask you would use on your face.

Once you have mixed the powder and water your paste/mask will be ready apply. Apply a thin layer to your skin and let the product dry completely.

The product rinses off extremely easily and I was shocked at how soft my skin felt after using it. My pores appeared smaller and my skin tone was even-ed out. I love how this product can be used on your face and body. It reminded me of being at the spa and that ever so clean and refreshed feeling afterwards.

Still Feeling Blue with Pocket Boutique +Yengo Shoes Giveaway

Try This Tuesday- Benefit Boutique Toronto + Re-Vamp Your 'Brows

Do I have a Try This treat for you today! Whether you live in the Toronto area or not you will find something in this post that is useful for your makeup routine. Benefit Cosmetics has just opened up it's first Canadian boutique in Toronto, up at Yonge and Eglington. This boutique is a girl's fantasy, lots of pretty pink, gorgeous decor and the entire Benefit makeup line. What makes this boutique unique is you can stop in to have brow and esthetic services done. If you want waxing, makeup or even tanning services this is the place for you! I had the chance last week to attend the Bene Boutique opening and I can't wait to go back.

These mini dough-nuts and sandwiches were the perfect food compliment. Look at those dough-nuts, the flavour choices were unique, I am sure I ate about four.

As I mentioned the decor is stunning.  The white leather high back chairs, are so comfortable to sit in. Oh and look at these lovely ladies, Amanda Monty from Latest-Wrinkle and Courtney from La Belle Sirene.

We all got the chance to hear Jared Bailey share his eyebrow techniques. I have to say it was a real eye-opener to find out all things that I can do to up my eyebrow game. I am going to share a few products that have helped me improve the look of my eyebrows, but I now know I need my eyebrows tinted in order for them to look less sparse (I was the one who over-plucked many years ago).

The first eyebrow product changing my game is the Brow Zings. This product has two wells one for wax, and one for setting powder. I learned to use the wax on the hard angle brush to go over my eyebrows, and then use the blending brush with the setting powder to fill in any sparse areas. I love the wax based product in this small kit as it helps to tame fly away eyebrow hairs.

The next product I use after the Brow Zings is the Gimme Brow. This product is a volumizing fibre gel which helps to give my eyebrows a more 3-dimensional affect.

The last product I use is the "high brow". I use this to outline just below my brows to add that extra 'lift'. This product definitely requires blending but it's amazing.
